Room furniture and furnishings are very worn.
The hotel is beautiful and the amenities and atmosphere and pool and the staff, in particular Zeyad at reception and Ashraf, the bell captain, were particularly superb.

Well secured, clean and good location. Orange juice was awesome at the restaurant, which you can enjoy for breakfast.

Lovely staff
Beautiful property. Nice spa/ massage. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are hot and its loud, so you really dont want to sit on the balcony. Several restaurants that provide a pretty good selection of food. Some staff a fantastic and others are average at best.
Location was beautiful
Excellent Staff - friendly and accommodating. The only negative thing was that the pool was closed and that we were not informed before arrival. Alternative pool at Ritz Carlton was OK but of course not like hanging around in the garden at Marriott.
